I was very skeptical on calling a local home buying company for many reasons. I also didn't want to use a Realtor and have people marching through my home when I was not around. I called Polk County House Buyers and set up an appointment to view our home on a Saturday at 9 am. Glen showed up on time, sat down with my wife and I to discuss our situation that seemed hopeless.
